1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account established by a Player upon successful registration on the phpub platform, which allows the Player to deposit funds, place wagers, and access all phpub services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sports event, or other betting market offered by phpub, whether in the casino section, sports betting section, or any other gaming vertical.

• "Player Funds" means all monetary balances held in a Player's phpub Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and any bonus credits subject to wagering requirements.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register for and use a phpub Account, you must be at least 21 years of age or older, which is the legal minimum age for participation in online gaming activities in the Philippines as established by regulatory authorities including PAGCOR. You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. phpub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The phpub platform is intended for use by residents and citizens of the Philippines. If you are accessing phpub from outside the Philippines, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. phpub does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited, and Players located in such jurisdictions must not register or use the phpub platform.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one phpub Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, addresses, email addresses, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpub employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If phpub determines that a Player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds, winnings, or bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information Requirement

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile phone number, email address, and any other information requested by phpub. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phpub is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. As part of this compliance, phpub reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory KYC documentation is provided. All documents submitted will be handled in accordance with phpub's Privacy Policy.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phpub Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify phpub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. phpub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your phpub Account, whether or not you authorized such activities. This includes all deposits, withdrawals, bets, game play, and bonus claims made using your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately change your password and contact phpub customer support via live chat or email.

3.3 Device and Connection Security

phpub recommends that Players access their Accounts from secure devices and trusted internet connections. Players should avoid accessing phpub from public or shared devices, and should log out of their Accounts after each session. phpub is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of Account access from unsecured devices or networks.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their phpub Account using the payment methods made available on the platform, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other supported options. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. phpub does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to Player Accounts instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. phpub processes most withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on the payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. phpub reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits awarded to a Player are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the terms of the applicable promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are considered restricted and cannot be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus may be forfeited.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phpub is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Players must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. phpub reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction patterns and to report such activity to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

5. Game Rules and Betting Terms

5.1 Game Outcomes and Random Number Generators

All games offered on the phpub platform, including slot games, table games, and other RNG-based casino games, use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. phpub does not and cannot influence game results after a round or spin has commenced. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in licensed studios, and outcomes are determined by physical game equipment such as cards, dice, or roulette wheels.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on phpub are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and betting market. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. phpub reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage betting, syndicate activity, or other irregular betting patterns. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or incorrect display of odds or results, phpub reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players. phpub will investigate all reported errors and will act in accordance with industry standards and fairness principles when resolving disputes arising from technical malfunctions.

5.4 Betting Limits

phpub establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game type, Player status, and other factors. phpub reserves the right to a djust betting limits for any Player at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraudulent Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity on the phpub platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause, manipulation of game outcomes through unauthorized software or hardware, and collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.

6.2 Automated Betting Systems

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, macros, or any other software designed to place bets or interact with the phpub platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited. phpub employs monitoring systems to detect automated activity, and Accounts found to be using prohibited software will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phpub monitors bonus usage closely. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse - including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, or using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game participation - may have their bonuses revoked and their Accounts suspended. phpub's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.

6.4 Money Laundering and Illegal Activity

The use of the phpub platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. phpub cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity involving its platform.

6.5 Accessing phpub in Restricted Jurisdictions

Accessing or attempting to access the phpub platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law is a violation of these Terms. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means will have their Accounts terminated and any winnings forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio and video content, and all other materials, is the proprietary property of phpub or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phpub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any phpub content without the prior written consent of phpub. Any unauthorized use of phpub intellectual property will result in Account termination and may expose the Player to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phpub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players in the Philippines. The platform provides tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from the Account dashboard without the need to contact customer support.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who believes they may have a problem with gambling is strongly encouraged to use phpub's self-exclusion feature. A self-exclusion request will result in the Player's Account being closed for the selected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, phpub will take all reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing their Account or creating new accounts. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

phpub strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement for all Players in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal can be processed. If phpub discovers that a Player under the age of 21 has registered and used the platform, the Account will be immediately closed, and all deposits will be returned to the payment method used. Any winnings generated by an underage Player will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or other financial losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpub platform, even if phpub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpub's total cumulative liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their phpub Account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

phpub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpub expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact phpub customer support via live chat to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phpub aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full written response within 7 business days. phpub's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with account queries, payment disputes, and game-related concerns.

10.3 Final and Binding Decisions

All decisions made by phpub regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, Account suspension, and the interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding. Players who disagree with a decision made by phpub must exhaust the internal complaints process before pursuing any external legal remedy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phpub reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpub will notify Players via email or through a prominent notice on the phpub platform. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the phpub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the phpub platform and may request closure of your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. phpub recommends that Players check this page whenever they return to the platform after an extended period of absence.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with phpub's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phpub with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
